There are many medical fields to choose from. Not all the fields offer job satisfaction. The highest paid job specialties include surgery, gastroenterologist, urology, General doctors, dermatologist, pathology, oncology, cardiology, radiology, urologist, Anesthesiologist, an orthopedist. Nursing is also one of the most common medical fields. People choose to nurse for a number of reasons. There are many reasons why people choose nursing over doctors. Some people are passionate about nursing and go to nursing school to earn a professional nursing license. There are many types of nurses. Nursing is a profession within the health care sector focused on the care of individuals, families, and communities so they may attain, maintain, or recover optimal health and quality of life. Nurses may be differentiated from other health care providers by their approach to patient care, training, and scope of practice. There are different types of nursing. Nurses specialize in the basic treatment of patients, some nurses work at different departments of the hospital and specialize in their respective departments. Nurses have many qualities. There are millions of nurses in the world but not all of them are same.

There are many types of nurses in the world. All the nurses have similar duties but they are all different from each other. All the nurses have different qualities. There are many qualities of good nurses. You need to understand the qualities of good nurses and stack them up to become a successful nurse. Here are the qualities of good nurses.

1) Confidence

Good nurses are confident. Confidence is necessary in every profession in the world. You have to be confident to succeed at every profession in this world. You have to be confident to make an identity for yourself and to make big in the world. A nurse must be confident all the time, she has to assure the patients and show them that there will be no complications in their surgeries. A nurse has to assure the patients with confidence. If a nurse is not confident, then she’ll never be able to earn the trust of the patients which will also harm the reputation of the clinic or hospital she’s working at. A nurse has to be confident about everything she does.

2) Compassion

Patients are humans and they need compassion. They’re already going through a hard phase therefore, they need the support of the doctors and nurses around them. good nurses always make sure to show compassion towards their patients and treat them nicely.
